RATES- All reservations will also have a $4.75 one-time transaction fee at time of reservation and a 3.75% resort fee added at "check-out".
(All rates will also incur a 12% lodging tax)

CANCELLATION POLICY
First night's rent will be charged to a credit card on all reservations. Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of your arrival date or first night's rent will be forfeited.
DISCOUNTS
Senior Citizens (62+) and 100% Disabled Persons are offered a 15% discount except on holiday weekends. Discounts are not available in conjunction with group rates, special packages, or other discounts. Proof of age or 100% disability is required.
